BIG JOY: The Adventures of James Broughton had its European premiere in October at the 4th American Film Festival in Wroclaw, Poland. Their mission statement includes: The festival aims to introduce new names and phenomena in the American cinema to Polish audiences.
BIG JOY screened twice to enthusiastic audiences (even one screening at 10:15 am on a Wednesday drew a good crowd).
We met and partied with a number of fellow filmmakers, distributors, sales agents, and film lovers from all over! How beautiful the city of Wroclaw is, and how exciting the Film Center where the festival screened!
